Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to Germany and other European countries. A flat shipping fee applies, which is calculated based on our current shipping cost table and shown before you finalize your order. For non-EU countries, such as Switzerland or Norway, additional customs clearance costs may apply, and these are not included in the flat shipping rate.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are delivered as quickly as possible, depending on availability. If the item is in stock, delivery is swift. However, for items marked "ordered for you," they will be ordered right away and delivered within 12 months at the latest. Written delivery dates are binding unless otherwise specified.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use several reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. For parcels weighing less than 22kg, we primarily work with DHL, DPD, and UPS. This allows us to deliver efficiently across Germany, other European countries, and even non-EU countries like Switzerland and Norway.

Can I return my item? Is it possible to personalize my product?
Yes, you can return your item! We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you plenty of time to reconsider your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of receipt, as long as it’s in perfect condition and complete. Please note that personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Additionally, you can create a return label through our service for €5.90, which will be deducted from your refund. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact us directly.
