The standard version of the Ty-Fast all-plastic cable tie is made from halogen- and silicone-free polyamide 6.6 and is available in many different colors. State-of-the-art machines and raw material selection guarantee the homogeneity of product and material throughout the entire manufacturing process. The integrated polyamide fastener enables low threading and high binding forces. In addition, the rounded, flat tie heads and the slightly angled tie end with grip surface ensure easy processing. In addition, the double serration on the cable tie end makes it easier to grip and tighten the tie and prevents the cable tie end from slipping out of the fastener head. The Ty-Fast cable ties can therefore be processed quickly and safely, prevent user fatigue, help reduce assembly costs and thus increase productivity.
