Motor protection switch MS132 with thermal and electromagnetic protection represents the compact and powerful series with high short-circuit breaking capacity for motor protection up to 15 kW (400 V) with a module width of 45 mm. The temperature-compensated device has a rotary handle operation with a clear switch position indicator I/TRIP/0. In addition, MS132 has a short-circuit indicator. The rotary handle can be locked directly in the 0 position using a padlock. Auxiliary, signal and short-circuit signaling contacts as well as undervoltage and shunt current releases can be installed without tools. MS132-HKF1-11 has a front-mounted auxiliary switch with 1NO/1NC contacts. 3-phase busbars for 65 A or 100 A and feed-in blocks for 25 mm2 or 35 mm2 allow several motor protection switches to be fed together. Protective housings and accessories for control cabinet and door installation complete the range. Atex validation allows the protection of motors in Ex areas, UL approval as a self-protected combination motor controller expands the area of application in North America.
