Compact KNX security solution for detecting and reporting attempted break-ins, robberies and technical faults. The device has 8 monitored inputs and 3 relay outputs. A 12 V DC SELV auxiliary voltage is required.
The security terminal MT/S 8.12.2M is used as an interface
between security technology sensors and the KNX. The device has
8 inputs, so-called detector groups. They are used for the monitored connection
of passive detectors (e.g. magnetic contacts and/or glass break sensors)
to ABB i-bus® KNX and/or for the connection of potential-free contacts
in applications with increased safety requirements. The device can be used as a system
with independent alarm logic or in combination with the security module
or an intrusion detection system with KNX interface.

-Detector types (interior, exterior, hold-up, sabotage detectors,
technical detectors, locking detectors)

primary line with 2.7 kOhm terminating resistor,
arming line with sabotage monitoring)
-Detector groups can be switched off
-Alarm types (burglary, hold-up, sabotage alarm, Technical alarm)
