This controller was specially developed for heating/cooling control in 2-pipe systems for hotels, residential and business premises and can control up to 5 valve actuators (normally closed). The KTRTB uses an internal sensor to measure the room temperature and activates heating or cooling depending on the deviation from the setpoint. By using a triac as a switching element instead of a relay/bimetal, there are no switching noises during operation. The existing contact input can be configured as an ECO contact or standby contact using an internal switch. ECO function: If this function is selected, the temperature is regulated to a temperature 3K lower in heating mode and 3K higher in cooling mode. Standby function: If this function is selected, the controller is switched off (frost protection remains active). Surface/wall mounting (4-hole mounting on flush-mounted box).
