Electronically controlled small instantaneous water heater with effective bare wire heating system for energy-efficient hot water supply to a point of use, especially a hand wash basin. The small, elegant device heats the water directly as it flows through, without using standby energy. The electronics automatically regulate the power so that the preset outlet temperature is not exceeded. Together with the economically adjusted flow rate, the device ensures maximum efficiency.
