Residual current circuit breakers (RCCB) switch off the power supply when dangerously high residual currents occur. They thus protect people, animals and systems. DFS 4 are two- or four-pole residual current circuit breakers for single- or three-phase networks. In the standard version, the compact devices are four division units wide. They are available with many different residual current types and versions with rated currents of up to 125 A. The large double-deck terminals can also accommodate large conductor cross-sections. The tripped position of the multi-function switch toggle makes troubleshooting easier. The free label software helps with labeling. Type B switches are universally sensitive. They protect against pulse and alternating residual currents, residual currents with mixed frequencies and smooth direct residual currents at frequencies up to 150 kHz. They are resistant to increased surge currents and storms. SK series residual current circuit breakers stand for residual current protection and high system availability. They are characterized by a lower response sensitivity at higher frequencies. The SK characteristic curve is optimized for systems in which no fire protection is required. For example, buttons for switching off in emergency situations can be connected to residual current circuit breakers in NA design (NA for emergency stop). An integrated LED indicates emergency tripping by a button or wire break. The residual current circuit breaker can only be switched on again once the problem has been rectified. Several RCCBs can be connected in parallel. Properties: - high immunity to operational leakage and fault currents at frequencies from 1 kHz, - meets the requirements of the building regulations 0664-10, 0664-40, ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8601 - universal current sensitive for fault currents with frequencies and mixed frequencies from 0Hz (smooth direct current) to 150 kHz, - electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with VDE0664-30 and VDE0839-6-2 (interference immunity for industrial applications) - mains voltage-independent triggering for fault currents of type A, - voltage-dependent detection of smooth direct fault current and alternating fault currents with frequencies 50/60Hz, - full functionality with mains voltages from at least 50VAC on any two active conductors - with emergency stop function for triggering or switching off using actuating elements, - monitoring of the emergency stop function for wire breakage and display by an LED - small size for all Rated currents, - high short-circuit strength, - double-sided double-deck terminals for large conductor cross-sections and rail connections, - switch position indicator, - viewing window for labeling labels, - multi-function switch toggle with three positions: 'on', 'off', 'tripped', - also available in the 'HD' version - neutral conductor position on the left, also available as N on the right at no extra charge. Mounting type: - quick attachment to mounting rail - installation position as desired - feed from above Areas of application: - commercial and industrial installations with TN-S, TT and TN-CS systems in which power electronics equipment without galvanic mains isolation is used, such as frequency converters, switched-mode power supplies, high-frequency power converters, photovoltaic and UPS systems with transformerless inverters. - RCCBs of the NA series are particularly suitable for systems in which an emergency stop circuit with isolating properties is to be provided, such as in classrooms or on production plants. Notes: - suitable for use in 50 Hz AC networks, - RCCB for other frequencies on request, - Not intended for use in DC networks or on the output side of controlled electrical equipment such as frequency converters.
