Float switches detect the fill levels of liquids and control pumps, for example, or trigger an alarm at defined fill levels. The switches in this series can monitor up to two different limit levels. If the adjustable fill level changes, the contacts open or close. Any liquid level can be set using an optionally available weight on the float cable. The switching hysteresis is fixed. A robust, impact-resistant housing protects the switching contact. The connection cable and float form a hermetically sealed unit. The L/F version can both fill and empty. Devices of variant G have a rubber supply line. Devices in the standard version are suitable for non-aggressive liquids. Properties: high switching reliability thanks to low-wear ball guide, easy adjustment of the float position using an optionally available counterweight, housing material made of non-toxic PP, highly flexible neoprene connection cable, areas of application: the most important areas of application are pumps and drainage systems, waste water or the chemical industry and wherever reliable limit level detection of liquids is required. Notes: not suitable for DC and low voltage, not suitable for use in drinking water.
