Float switches detect the filling levels of liquids and control pumps, for example, or trigger an alarm at defined filling levels. The switches in this series can monitor up to two different limit levels. If the adjustable filling level changes, the contacts open or close. Any liquid level can be set using an optionally available weight on the float cable. The switching hysteresis is fixed. A robust, impact-resistant housing protects the switching contact. The connecting cable and float form a hermetically sealed unit. The F version of these switches has the filling function. The supply line of the GS variant devices is made of rubber and contains the protective conductor (PE). The standard variant devices are suitable for non-aggressive liquids. Properties: high switching reliability thanks to low-wear ball guide, easy adjustment of the float position using an optionally available counterweight, housing material made of non-toxic PP, highly flexible neoprene connecting cable, areas of application: the most important areas of application are pumps and drainage systems, waste water or the chemical industry and wherever reliable limit level detection of liquids is required. Notes: not suitable for DC and low voltage, not suitable for use in drinking water.
