Load-breakers or main switches completely and across all poles separate electrical consumers or system components from the electrical supply. They also switch under load or overload. They are used to switch off for maintenance work and to protect systems. The devices in the RH series are modular main load switches with a disconnecting function and are characterized by the high wear resistance of the contacts. The design enables the use of a switch lock and complies with international construction regulations. For example, an 'RH 063-300' has a rated current of 63 A, three normally open contacts, but no normally closed or changeover contacts.
