The RP 9811 voltage and frequency monitor monitors the network operator's network for self-generation systems. It has a two-channel design, with each channel acting on a separate output relay. The voltage and frequency limit values are set using a menu and rotary switch. These are preset in the delivery state according to the standard set on the rotary switch and can be parameterized using the menu. After the self-generation system has been commissioned, the settings can be sealed using the crystal-clear front cover or alternatively protected with a password. Exceeding or falling below a limit value leads to the self-generation system being switched off and disconnected from the network. The generation system is only connected to the network or automatically reconnected if both the network frequency and the network voltage have been continuously within the respective tolerance range for the duration of the adjustable time delay tOn. The RP 9811 voltage and frequency monitor monitors the 3-phase voltages between the outer conductors and the neutral conductor. Depending on the rotary switch setting, the 3 linked phase-to-phase voltages are calculated and evaluated. The frequency is measured in 1-phase in phase L1.
