RS485 bus wireless AC meter, maximum current 65A, standby loss only 0.5 watts. Modular device for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 rail. 1 division unit = 18mm wide, 58mm deep. Accuracy class B (1%). With RS485 interface. Connection to the Eltako RS485 bus. Cross-wiring of bus and power supply with jumper. The meter reading, the instantaneous power and the serial number are transferred to the bus - e.g. for forwarding to an external computer, the GFVS 4.0 or GFVS-Energy software - and also sent to the wireless network via the FAM14. For this, it is necessary that the FAM14 wireless antenna module is assigned a device address, as described in the operating instructions. Display also with FEA65D. The AC meter measures the active energy based on the current flowing between the input and output. The internal consumption of a maximum of 0.5 watts is not measured. Like all meters without an MID declaration of conformity, it is not approved for monetary electricity billing in Europe. An external conductor with a current of up to 65A can be connected. The starting current is 40mA. During operation, the rotary switch must be set to AUTO. The power consumption is indicated by a flashing LED. If the L input and L output were swapped when connecting, an HT/NT switchover telegram is sent every 20 seconds to indicate the connection error. If the expected load is more than 50%, a ventilation distance of 1/2 division unit must be maintained from devices mounted next to it. For this purpose, the scope of delivery includes 2 DS14 spacers and, in addition to the short jumper, two further long jumpers.
