With up to 3 FTS14TG button gateways, the telegrams of up to 90 4-way bus buttons B4T55E or bus button couplers FTS61BTK, FTS61BTKL and FTS61BTK/8 connected via a 2-wire button bus can be fed in with the conventional buttons connected to them. Data transmission and power supply are carried out simultaneously via just 2 wires. This eliminates the need for numerous individual button control lines. An FTS14EM may then not be required. Up to 30 B4T55E, FTS61BTK, FTS61BTKL and FTS61BTK/8 can be connected to an FTS14TG button gateway. The 2-wire bus supplies the connected devices with 29V DC and simultaneously transmits data. Please only use standard bus or telephone lines. The 2-wire bus is galvanically isolated from the Eltako RS485 bus. The permissible total cable length is 200m. The RLC element included with the FTS14TG must also be connected to the BP and BN terminals on the bus button or bus button coupler that is furthest away. With an FTS14FA in the Eltako RS485 bus, the button telegrams of the connected devices are also sent to the Eltako building radio.
