Wireless electricity meter data gateway for meters with IR interface IEC 62056-21. 2 channels. Standby loss only 0.4 watts. Modular device for mounting on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 rail. 1 division unit = 18mm wide, 58mm deep. Connection to the Eltako RS485 bus. Cross-wiring bus and power supply with jumper. This electricity meter data gateway can make the data of an electronic household meter (eHZ-EDL) with IR interface in accordance with IEC 62056-21 and SML protocol version 1 available to the RS485 bus. Either for forwarding to an external computer or Professional Smart Home Controller. Regular flashing of the green LED indicates that the FSDG14 is receiving data from the meter. The active power, up to 4 meter readings and the serial number are transmitted. The serial number corresponds to the last 4 bytes (hex) of the server ID printed on the meter. The FAM14 radio antenna module is used to send data to the building radio. Reference data is sent on channel 1 and delivery data on channel 2. This requires that the FAM14 assigns a device address, as described in the operating instructions. If the active power or meter reading changes, the relevant telegram is sent immediately and all telegrams including the serial number are sent cyclically every 10 minutes. The FSDG14 can be read using the PC tool PCT14. The rotary switch can be used to select between the following operating modes (OBIS codes according to IEC 62056-61): 1: Purchase totalizer (1.8.0) and purchase power on channel 1, delivery totalizer (2.8.0) and delivery power on channel 2. 2: Purchase tariff 1 (1.8.1) and tariff 2 (1.8.2) and purchase power on channel 1, delivery tariff 1 (2.8.1) and tariff 2 (2.8.2) and delivery power on channel 2. 3: Purchase tariff 1 (1.8.1) and tariff 2 (1.8.2) and purchase power on channel 1, delivery totalizer (2.8.0) and delivery power on channel 2. 4: Purchase totalizer (1.8.0) and purchase power on channel 1, delivery tariff 1 (2.8.1) and tariff 2 (2.8.2) and delivery power on channel 2. The Connection is made using an IR scanner AIR. The scanner is attached with its fastening magnet above the IR output of the meter and connected with its connection cable to the terminals Rx, GND and +12V.
