A multisensor MS is connected to the gateway at the RSA and RSB terminals. Its information is received once per second and converted into bus telegrams. Only 1 multisensor MS can be connected to an FWG14MS. However, several FWG14MS can be connected to a multisensor MS, for example to control several Eltako RS485 buses with just one multisensor MS. The external termination resistor only needs to be present for one FWG14MS. For additional FWG14MS, however, it must be removed. Connection to the Eltako RS485 bus. Cross-wiring of bus and power supply with jumper. Operation in conjunction with FAM14 or FTS14KS. The hold terminal is connected to the FAM14 or FTS14KS. Up to two FWG14MS can be operated in one bus. The telegram duplicator FTD14 can also be used to send the telegrams to the building radio if the IDs of the FGW14MS are taught into the FTD14 or entered with PTC14. The receiving devices can then be FSB14, FSB61NP and FSB71. If the signal from the multi-sensor MS is missing, an alarm telegram is sent. With the PC tool PCT14, 96 inputs can be linked AND or OR and output to up to 12 outputs. The settings of the operating mode rotary switch BA are made according to the operating instructions. Further settings can be made using the PC tool PCT14.
