In normal ambient brightness (at least 200 lux on average during the day), the energy from the integrated solar module is sufficient to power the sensor. The energy reserve stored in capacitors supplies the energy required for the night. The sensor does not require any installation depth behind the mounting plate and can be screwed onto any flat surface. The entire module can be pulled out of the frame to screw it on. For screw fastening, we recommend stainless steel countersunk screws 2.9x25mm, DIN 7982 C. Both with dowels 5x25mm and on 55mm switch boxes. 2 each of stainless steel countersunk screws 2.9x25mm and dowels 5x25mm are included. To teach an actuator in learning mode, hold the included blue magnet or any other available magnet to the side wall below the spot on the sensor marked with a square. This sends a learning telegram. The sensor measures from 0 to 2000 lux and sends a message to the Eltako building radio every 100 seconds if the brightness changes by at least 10 lux. Motion detection is immediately sent twice. The switch-off message is sent after the set release delay of 1 minute. If no change is made, a status message is sent approximately every 20 minutes. When teaching actuators, the switching threshold is set at which the lighting switches on or off depending on the brightness. If a FABH reports movement, it is switched on. The actuator's release delay may only begin when all FABHs taught into an actuator have stopped reporting movement for a minute. Attention! When wall-mounted, the FABH65S must be mounted with the openings facing downwards.
