The effortless 'push and go' feature allows installers to simply slide the threaded rod through the mounting hole where it instantly locks into place. The locking nut can be finger tightened to hold the threaded rod in place. Works with slightly damaged threads and small burrs on the threaded rod. Complies with Federal Specification WW-H-171 (Type 23), Manufacturers Standardization Society ANSI®/MSS-SP-58 (Type 19 and 23).
