The flush-mounted RDS radio consists of a radio insert with control unit and a loudspeaker insert with cover.
The radio insert is compactly housed in a flush-mounted insert and can therefore be installed in a single device socket.
The loudspeaker can be installed in combination with the radio insert or separately in a device socket. Two loudspeakers can be connected to the radio insert.
The radio automatically detects connected loudspeakers and switches between stereo and mono operation.
The display on the control unit shows the station name, broadcast frequency and time when there is a corresponding RDS signal.
The radio is operated using the capacitive buttons on the control unit. To operate it, all you need to do is lightly touch the symbols.
The flush-mounted RDS radio has two memory locations, each of which can be used to store and recall a station simply by pressing a button.
The radio can be switched on together with the room lighting using a light switch or an automatic switch, for example, via the extension input.
External audio sources, such as MP3 players, can be fed into the radio via the radio's stereo AUX input. To connect the external audio source, an additional Cinch audio insert is required, which is connected to the AUX terminals of the radio insert.
The docking station insert is connected directly to the stereo AUX input for music playback.
In sleep mode, the radio switches off automatically 30 minutes after it is switched on.
