Radio module for the wireless connection of Dual Q smoke detectors.
Backwards compatible, can therefore also be used for Dual VdS smoke detectors.
Notes:
If a smoke detector detects a fire, all assigned smoke detectors sound the alarm.
The radio module is plugged into the interface of the Dual smoke detector. The smoke detector's network terminals can still be used when the module is plugged in. This means that combined lines (wired and wireless) can be set up.
Due to the compatibility with the radio bus system, radio actuators can be controlled via an alarm message. This can be done e.g. B. can be used to switch on lights or raise blinds in the event of an alarm.
With a radio handheld or wall transmitter, the smoke alarm can be muted for approx. 10 minutes after an alarm has been triggered. If another networked smoke alarm, e.g. B. if an alarm is triggered via the 2-wire line or radio, the smoke alarm will sound despite being muted.
The control of eNet components is only possible in conjunction with the radio converter to eNet.
From index I02, the radio module for smoke alarms is dual compatible with the radio diagnostic tool (2333 00).
