Circuit breaker h3+ P630 Energy 3P3D 400A 50kA FTC. The molded case circuit breaker in accordance with DIN EN 60947-2 protects the electrical system and networks against overload and short circuit. The tripping curve of the electronic trip can be set using a rotary latching switch. The tripping functions for the overload current (Ir), the short-time delayed short-circuit current (Isd) and the instantaneous short-circuit protection (Ii) as well as the time delay tr for overload and the time delay tsd for short-time delayed short-circuit tripping can be set separately. In addition, the tripping curve can be adjusted inversely proportionally using an activatable I²t function between the short-circuit currents Ii and Isd and the short-time delayed and instantaneous tripping time. The standby LED lights up green when the trip is ready for operation and flashes orange when an internal error is detected in the trip. The LED for the overcurrent indicator starts to flash red when I = 105% Ir, and lights up red continuously when I > 112% Ir. Another LED signals the overtemperature in the trip unit. This lights up red when 105°C is exceeded internally. The three different operating states can be identified by the position of the toggle (ON = top, OFF = bottom, triggered = middle position). A device for locking the switching state in the ON or OFF position is integrated and can be used with a standard padlock without additional accessories. The trigger mechanism can be tested and the main contacts opened using a trigger button. A hinged cover with a captive quick-release screw allows access to the installation space for optional auxiliary contacts and other triggers. Integrated accessories can be recognized and identified via the viewing window without opening the hinged cover. A potential-free alarm contact for the switch-off warning in the event of a risk of shutdown due to overload is integrated as standard. This is closed when I > 90% Ir. This is indicated by an additional LED. It lights up orange when the contact is closed. The set tripping curve can be tested and documented using an interface for a diagnostic and configuration tool.
