Surge arrester T2 2P 40kA TT/TNS defect indication + contact. Type 2 surge arrester in 1+1 circuit for protecting 1-phase TT and TN-S systems. Consists of a double base element, a protective plug with temperature-monitored high-performance varistor and a plug as a total current spark gap with dynamic disconnection device. Optical defect indication on the plugs in the event of overload. Changeover contact for remote defect indication. Connections for the active conductors from below, for earth/PE and remote indication contact from above. Biconnect terminals for connecting round conductors and wiring bridges. Labeling option on the base element.
