Smoke alarm with a small size and attractive design according to DIN EN 14604 with
additional validation according to the increased test requirements of Q validation based on the vfdb
guidelines 14-01 Association for the Promotion of German Fire Protection (vfdb). Increased test criteria
against the ingress of foreign bodies and increased protection against damp heat, oxidation and EMC,
as well as better thermal cycling. Serves for the early detection and signaling of
fires with smoke development indoors. Processor-controlled function self-test (every 10 seconds)
and PGSA technology with independent algorithmic retriggering in the event of interference such as dust to maintain functional reliability. Large function and reset button across the entire top cover of the detector. Acoustic signal (85 dB at 3 m) and red flashing LED for alarm. Acoustic signal in the event of a low battery, soiling or fault message with acoustic signaling and yellow LED. Time-limited deactivation function for smoke detection to suppress false alarms from the detector for approx. 12 minutes with automatic reset function to normal operation. Fault messages can be delayed by 8 hours for 7 days by acknowledging the reset button. The fault of a soiled detection unit cannot be reset as long as the fault message is still pending in the evaluation unit. Ceiling mounting or wall mounting possible in accordance with DIN14676. The detector is approved for camping/caravan use. Dismantling and theft protection can be activated, then unlocking is only possible with a screwdriver
with a maximum size of 7mm. When screwed into the base, the detector is
automatically activated. Battery life of at least 10 years using an encapsulated lithium battery.
