HEKAPLAST cable protection and cable duct pipes are manufactured in the so-called composite construction according to DIN 16961 pipes and fittings made of thermoplastics with profiled walls and a smooth inner pipe surface made of PE. HEKAPLAST-R is a flexible composite pipe. Due to its exceptional flexibility in the longitudinal direction, HEKAPLAST-R is also particularly suitable for difficult cable routes, e.g. around foundations or other obstacles. The pipe bundles are supplied with a pulling aid as standard. The pulling aid is suitable for pulling in a traction cable, but not for pulling in cables. The pipes are connected with connecting sleeves and sealed with profile sealing rings. The profile sealing ring is to be inserted into the first or second fully formed corrugation trough and coated with lubricant. To ensure that the pipes are pushed safely into the base of the sleeve, it is recommended to mark the last visible corrugation peak before putting them together. Delivery length: ring 50 m.
