Description:
The Heidelberg Wallbox Energy Control 11 kW is the first wallbox from Heidelberg that offers local and dynamic load management. The charging current can be distributed to up to 16 wallboxes, meaning that up to 16 hybrid or electric cars can be charged at the same time. The available power is automatically distributed to the individual wallboxes as required. This process is completely automatic. Each vehicle can be charged with up to 11 kW. As soon as a vehicle is fully charged, it will continue to be supplied with sufficient power if required, for example to continue operating the air conditioning or auxiliary heating. When current is released, it is automatically distributed to the batteries of the other electric cars. The nominal current of the Heidelberg Wallbox Energy Control can be adjusted from 6 to 16 amps.
Of course, there is a smart interaction between your photovoltaic system and the Heidelberg Energy Control. You can connect the wallbox to your in-house Home Energy Management System (HEMS) and thus use the electricity you produce yourself, e.g. the excess electricity from the photovoltaic system, to charge your electric car. The system only feeds as much solar power into the wallbox as is currently available. This enables consumption-optimized feeding of your self-produced electricity.
If you integrate the Heidelberg Wallbox Energy Control into your HEMS, you can also control the charging system via the Internet. Depending on the manufacturer, various apps may be available for monitoring the charging processes or cost management.
It is also possible to protect the wallbox from unauthorized charging using an RFID reader or a key switch. Please note that this is not included in the scope of delivery.
You can see the status of the Heidelberg Wallbox Energy Control using the front lighting.
The wallbox with load management from Heidelberg impresses with its easy and convenient handling. The high-performance system guarantees fast charging of your electric vehicle. A safe and intelligent socket with an elegant design for your electric car. The integrated residual current detection keeps installation costs to a minimum.
According to the manufacturer, this wallbox is not suitable for sale and commissioning outside of Germany. In the event of damage, there may be complications with the claims settlement by your insurance company.
The Heidelberg Wallbox Energy Control is the right charging solution for garages, apartment buildings and company and hotel parking lots.
The Heidelberg Wallbox Energy Control can be subsidized by the KFW.
