Thick-walled: very good abrasion, kinking and cut protection. 4:1 covers a wide range of applications, high contact pressure. Thermoplastic inner adhesive for protection against external influences and for strain relief. Thermochromatic dots (TCP) as a shrink indicator. Locking rail enables cable repair without the cable end. Resistant to chemicals and alkaline earths. High weather resistance. Halogen-free. Packed in a set for simple and easy handling. RMS cable repair sleeves are placed around the affected area and closed with a locking rail. During the subsequent shrinking, the hot-melt adhesive on the inside seals the damaged area watertight and also compensates for unevenness in the cable surface.
