The Homematic IP weather sensor – plus reliably and precisely records the outside temperature, humidity, wind speed, brightness and the duration of sunshine. The weather sensor also determines whether and since when it has been raining, as well as the amount of rain. The weather data is displayed and evaluated very conveniently using the free Homematic IP app. The weather data can also be used to trigger actions in your own smart home. For example, the roller shutters can be raised in strong winds or an awning can be automatically extended when the sun is shining. Thanks to the battery power supply and the proven and safe radio technology, the weather sensor can be installed without laying additional cables.
