With the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator, you can conveniently control your underfloor heating room by room using a smartphone app or the Homematic IP wall thermostat, adjusting the room temperature to your individual needs. The underfloor heating actuator can be used in conjunction with motorized actuators (HmIP-VDMOT) to control underfloor heating with up to 12 heating circuits and can be operated in heating and cooling mode (provided the heating system supports this operating mode). The device can be flexibly mounted using the screws provided or simply on a top hat rail. Thanks to the secure wireless communication between the Homematic IP devices, the wiring effort is kept to a minimum.
