The LCN-UPS flush-mounted module is a sensor module of the LCN bus system. It has four simulated outputs, two of which can be used via DSI or all four via DALI (in conjunction with LCN-DDR). The LCN-UPS also has T and I connections for connecting additional LCN sensors and actuators. The internal operating program can be freely parameterized using the LCN system software LCN-PRO. Four outputs, 2 of which are connected to the outside via strands: switching and dimming, brightness and fade time can be individually adjusted. Two timers (10 ms .. 40 min.) enable short-term timers, stairwell lighting, etc. Each of the 4 outputs offers 100 light scene memories (each stores brightness and fade time). The LCN-UPP supports two DSI signals or four DALI groups (via LCN-DDR). In addition, all DALI participants can be controlled directly via the LCN-DDR. Connection for either 8 conventional buttons (with adapter cable LCN-T8), 4 EnOcean radio buttons (LCN-T4ER) or KNX/EIB standard touch sensors (LCN-TEx), e.g. 4-way = 8 buttons with 3 commands each to 2 addresses each (modules or groups). A total of 32 buttons in 4 tables = 192 commands to 64 destinations. The buttons support 3 functions: short, long, release. Tableau functions for 12 lamps with 4 states: on, off, flashing, flickering. Four logical links for hierarchical fault message processing in accordance with DIN. Decoding of the IR remote control receiver. Evaluation directly or via central computer. Functions for button levels, coded transmission, transmitter differentiation, can be combined with transponder, person recognition.
