The LCN-GT12 is a glass keypad with a bar graph display. It is mounted on a flush-mounted box using the mounting plate provided and firmly anchored with two sliders. The connection is made via the T-connector of any LCN module from version 170212. A temperature sensor is integrated in the LCN-GT12 sensor keypad. The 12 capacitive sensor surfaces are arranged behind a 5 mm thick glass front. A light touch of the surface is enough to trigger various functions. A status LED integrated in each of the 12 sensor surfaces provides information about the current status of any actuator or sensor in the building. Four states are possible. A Corona® light ring with 12 white LEDs serves as decorative wall lighting (LCN-NUI required) and as a subtle orientation light, so that the LCN-GT12 can be operated comfortably even in low ambient light. With the key backlight (optional with LCN-NUI), the LCN-GT12 can be operated comfortably even in low ambient light. The 15-digit bar graph display enables the display of analogue actual and target values. The individual labels for the LCN-GT12 are transferred to a foil or paper and placed through a small slot behind the glass surface. The label can be recreated at any time, so that changes in the key assignment are no problem. Easy-to-understand symbols and templates for the foil are included. The sensor surfaces of the LCN-GT12 react capacitively to touching the glass surface. Depending on the duration of the touch, a corresponding LCN control command (short, long or loose) is sent. The control command is transmitted to the T-connection of an LCN module via the mounting plate included in the delivery. The 12 status LEDs in the sensor surfaces are individually controlled via the T-connection and configured via LCN-PRO (on, off, flashing, flickering).
