The pipe contact resistance thermometer enables good temperature measurements on surfaces due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor and the special housing design. A small angle is left out in the middle of the housing underside, which allows it to be attached to round surfaces. A grommet enables the electrical connection to be made. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as a 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -50 to +120 °C. The dimensions of the plastic housing are 30 x 32 x 50 mm. The simple installation with tension straps or hose clamps means that there is no need for mechanical processing of the measuring location. An associated mounting kit is included in the scope of delivery.
