The screw-in resistance thermometer enables temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The proven installation form ensures reliable tightness under negative and positive pressure. The continuous protective tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1.4571 and protect the measuring insert against chemical influences and mechanical damage. The resistance thermometer is therefore ideal for use in air conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as in heating, furnace and apparatus construction. The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire circuit and is designed for temperatures from -20 to +150 °C. The connection head in form J is made of die-cast aluminum. This has a cable gland M16 x 1.5 and also contains an analog measuring transducer with an output of 4 to 20 mA with simultaneous temperature scaling from 0 to 100 °C. The protective tube has the dimensions 6.0 x 150 mm. A screw connection with a G 1/2 inch thread serves as the process connection.
