The 12-channel digital input/output module (component of the overall mTRON T system) for DIN rail mounting has a power supply of DC 24 V +25/ -20%. The module has twelve channels that can be configured either as digital inputs or digital outputs. The digitized input states are available in the system for further processing. The digital outputs are controlled by digital signals via the system bus (assignment via the connection list or directly from the PLC). The load current of up to 6 A (12 x max. 500 mA) is to be provided via the front terminals +24 V/ GND. The presence of the power supply, the operating states of the module, and the states of the digital inputs and digital outputs are indicated by LEDs. The digital input/output module is conveniently configured by the user using a setup program. The module insert can be easily pulled out of the housing at the front for servicing. The housing including the bus board remains mounted on the top hat rail.
