This combined single-rod measuring chain (glass and reference electrode in one shaft) has a dirt-repellent PTFE ring diaphragm with polymerized, highly elastic gel. This prevents deposits and blockages and achieves a fast response time. A double chamber with double diaphragm sealing prevents electrode poisons such as sulfides, amines or chromates from damaging the reference electrode. The salt reserve integrated in the reference electrode enables a longer service life, especially in media with lower conductivity. Each electrode is individually tested and supplied with a quality certificate. The electrode is made from physiologically harmless and FDA-listed materials and is RoHS2-compliant with a lead-free shaft glass. Only the selection of high-quality materials and components enables use in the chemical industry, industrial wastewater technology, electroplating, power plants and waste incineration plants as well as in the sugar industry. An internal pressure buffer compensates for temperature-related volume changes in the reference electrode chamber and allows process pressures of up to 13 bar. With a wide temperature range of up to 135 °C and a large pH range of pH0 to pH14, the electrode can be used in demanding applications. The electrode has an integrated Pt1000 to measure the medium temperature. The installation length is 120 mm.
