The compact controller is part of a series of controllers that can be used universally and in different DIN formats to control temperature, pressure or, for example, flow. This is suitable for front installation. The controller is also characterized by simple, clearly structured operation supported by text. Process values and parameters are shown by two 18-segment LCD displays. In addition, the version has individual display elements for the switching positions of the outputs as well as for manual operation, ramp function and timer. The controller also has a self-optimization function and a program controller. The limit value monitoring function, digital control signals and a service counter round off the controller's features. With the help of the setup program (including program editor and ST editor), the controller can be easily configured with a PC. During configuration via the USB interface, no separate power supply is required (USB-powered). Operation is via a membrane keyboard with four keys and, thanks to the high protection class IP65, it can also be used under harsh environmental conditions. Depending on the hardware version, the device can be used as a two-point controller, three-point controller, three-point step controller or continuous controller. The PID controller has a universal input, two relay outputs (normally open), a digital input and a digital input or output. The voltage supply range is AC/DC 20 to 30 V, 48 to 63 Hz.
