Fast and accurate signal search
All television signals can be measured with the HD 5 Combo satellite measuring device. It offers exact measurements for satellite, cable and terrestrial television (including DVB-T2 HD). UHD frequencies can also be measured with the DVB-S2X measurement. The entire housing is made of robust, high-quality aluminum, with a 5-inch AMOLED color display integrated into it. As a small highlight, an LED light is attached to the back of the housing so that the system can be measured even in low light conditions. Operation is child's play with the clear and clearly structured menu. All measurement functions are easy to reach and almost self-explanatory.
Large signal level display and live TV image playback
To align a mirror, first look at the signal level and signal quality. You can switch this to a large display with just the push of a button in order to make optimal use of the display.
In order to then check the TV picture live, the measuring device has an integrated receiver. It is possible to play back all freely receivable digital programs in SD and HD. In addition, a channel list with the most common programs is pre-installed, which you can also adapt individually to your needs. If channels or frequencies change, you can search for them via the menu.
Spectrum and constellation analysis
To assess the signal from the satellite system and analyse any reception errors, use the spectrum analysis which runs in almost real time. The constantly updated display of the diagram means that when the mirror moves, the spectrum changes immediately.
The constellation analysis offers a further view of satellite reception in order to assess the signal and rule out sources of error. You can see immediately whether the signal arrives bundled or scattered. Furthermore, additional measurement data such as dBm, CNR, BER can be shown on the display.
Additional functions and many accessories
The automatic satellite detection NIT shows you immediately which satellite you are on. This means that minutes of alignment attempts are a thing of the past. The integrated power battery offers up to 4 hours of operation. It is charged with a normal 230V power supply or with the included vehicle charger adapter when you are in the car. The included protective case with carrying strap protects the measuring device from dirt and splash water. Save the measurement data on a USB stick to analyze it later. The program list can also be exported and future firmware updates installed via USB.
