The Modbus module with 8 individually configurable resistance or voltage inputs was developed for decentralized switching tasks. It is suitable for recording resistances and voltages from, for example, passive and active temperature sensors, electric ventilation and mixing flaps, valve positions, etc. The inputs can be universally configured via standard registers using a Modbus master. The module is addressed and the bit rate and parity are set using two address switches on the front or via software. Suitable for decentralized installation on TH35 mounting rails in accordance with IEC 60715 in electrical distribution boards.
