Use outdoors, due to external influences such as wind loads, is only possible with additional security (self-tapping screws, steel band, etc.). When fastening, ensure that a minimum distance of 50 mm is maintained from the beginning/end of the cover. Furthermore, ensure that the screw head slot is installed flush with the fastening tab of the turn latch plate. This ensures that it is possible to later check that all existing turn latches on the cover are properly closed (position of the screw head slot).
