This presence detector is a DALI 2 secondary and BMS detector that extends the detection range of a DALI master detector or can be part of a BMS system. It is designed for surface mounting and has an IP54 protection rating. If the detector is used as a secondary detector and is connected to a DALI bus that is controlled by a DALI master detector, it starts communicating with this master detector without any further commissioning. If it is connected to the DALI bus of a BMS system, the detector must be commissioned using the BMS software.
