The upper part of the V50 lightning current combination arrester made of halogen-free plastic is suitable for lightning protection equipotential bonding in accordance with 0185-305 (IEC 62305) and serves as a spare part for the V50 CombiController. A dynamic disconnection device and an optical status display characterize the modular plug-in arresters. The lightning current discharge capacity is 12.5 kA (10/350) per pole and up to 50 kA (10/350) in total. The vibration-proof locking mechanism and the voltage and type coding ensure safety and prevent confusion between the upper and lower parts. The wedge-shaped design of the contacts makes it easy to insert and even easier to remove the upper parts.
