The arresters with fault-resistant Y-circuit with 3 varistors for use according to 0100-712, plug-in with dynamic disconnection device and optical function display are characterized by a low DC protection level < 4.0 kV. The housing including cable gland set, with protection class IP65, made of polycarbonate is UV-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. 4 terminal points up to 6 mm are already pre-installed per protection device, 4 (+) poles via fuse holder 10x38 unequipped, 4 (-) poles connected in parallel up to 30A per terminal. The simple, quick and safe connection of the DC cables via the feed-through terminal blocks enables optimal protection from the electrical inverter. The protection devices must be selected according to the maximum total open circuit voltage (Uoc) of the PV string. If there is a risk of condensation due to wind, ice, temperature or sun, additional measures may be necessary!
