Wireless sensor for controlling building technology using weather data
The DuoFern environmental sensor 9475
The DuoFern environmental sensor is a wireless sensor for controlling building technology using weather data. The sensor measures temperature, rain, wind strength, sun position, sun height and lighting intensity. The measured data is transmitted wirelessly to the registered receivers and can therefore be used for automation.
For example, south-facing roller shutters can be automatically moved to the sun protection position when the sun is shining from the south. IV with other DuoFern actuators, it is also possible to automatically switch lights on and off at certain brightness levels, or to automatically retract an awning when it is windy/rainy. The environmental sensor has an integrated DCF radio clock.
Configuration and control are ideally carried out via the intuitive user interface in the HomePilot®. Configuration is also possible with the hand-held control unit iV with the WR ConfigTool software. The DuoFern environmental sensor also has an integrated tubular motor control to which a motor can be connected directly.
- Intelligent sensor that measures the direction of the sun, height of the sun, rain, wind & temperature
- Use weather data for control - e.g. move roller shutters to the sun protection position when the sun is shining from the south or retract the awning when it is windy
- Integrated tubular motor actuator for the direct connection of a motor
- With integrated DCF radio clock
