The DF Tyxal+ is a wireless leak detector that can be connected to an alarm system to secure a home and prevent water damage. The sensor is mounted on the floor or on the wall. It is connected wirelessly to the control panel and is powered by the included battery, which can last up to 10 years (depending on use). To work properly, the DF Tyxal+ must be connected to a CS 8000 Tyxal+ control panel so that it can trigger an acoustic signal in the event of detection. The detector can also be connected directly to a GSM transmitter to notify the house occupant by SMS or phone call in the event of a leak.
