The DME Tyxal+ motion detector is an outdoor wireless infrared photocell that can protect an area outside the home thanks to its very high quality of external detection. The detector is fixed with screws. It is connected wirelessly to the control panel and is powered by the battery supplied for up to 10 years (depending on use). To work properly, the detector must be connected to a CS 8000 Tyxal + control panel. The Tyxal + DME covers an area of 12 m at an angle of 90° and has dual detection. Animals, passing vehicles, plant movements or rapid heating due to solar radiation are not detected. To trigger the alarm, the two beams must be interrupted at the same time. With this detector and in conjunction with an outdoor siren, you can create a pre-alarm zone to protect the outside of your home while deterring intruders with a flash and/or an acoustic signal (depending on the setting). The detector is protected against sabotage attempts if it is opened by unauthorized persons.
