Stepless starting, reduction of current peaks, avoidance of mains voltage fluctuations during start-up, relief of the power supply network, reduction of mechanical load in the drive, considerable space and wiring savings compared to star-delta starters and frequency converters, maintenance-free switching and extremely easy handling. The 3RW soft starters are available for networks up to 690 V in a wide power range with different control supply voltages and consistently with screw and spring-loaded connections. With the optional connection module, the soft starters can be attached to the circuit breakers, even for the variants with spring-loaded connections.
