The Advanced 3SK112 basic units offer universal applications thanks to their multifunctionality, as well as flexible expansion options. They form an innovative system landscape that can implement complex safety functions with a large number of sensors and outputs. With device connectors, the number of inputs and safe outputs can be expanded reliably and easily without the need for wiring between the devices. Drives up to 3 kW can be integrated directly into the 3SK system with the fail-safe SIRIUS 3SK11 motor starters using device connectors. All components have worldwide approvals and are therefore ideally suited for global use and export. The devices are available with relay or semiconductor outputs, instantaneous or delayed, each with different time ranges, and consistently with screw or spring-loaded connections (push-in). Extensive accessories such as sealing covers, insertion tabs for wall mounting and coding pins make handling easier. Input and output extensions, as well as a separate power supply, can be used using device connectors without additional wiring. The 3SK safety relays replace the tried and tested 3TK28 series.
