The optical QUAD converter converts the signal 950 - 5450 MHz coming from the LNB via a fiber optic cable into a standard satellite signal in the range 950 - 2150 MHz. The quad converter has four outputs to which four satellite receivers can be connected directly. The terrestrial signal is only available in connection with the power supply of the receiver or permanently with the power supply OMS12NT available as an accessory.
