As an infrared heater, the wall heating element is used in a fixed location to heat closed rooms in living and working environments. The wall infrared heater of the VL-A series is suitable for surface mounting on the wall. The heating element can be mounted in both landscape and portrait format. The effective yet decorative Vitramo wall heating element uses radiation to heat walls that enclose the room and the floor in such a way that they only have small temperature differences between them. Only when it comes into contact with the warm surfaces does the room air heat up evenly and with almost no flow. This means that the conditions for living comfort are met without unnecessary energy consumption. The wall heating element of the VL-A series is made of galvanized sheet steel, 0.8 mm thick, the front is powder-coated, signal white similar to RAL 9003. The elements are closed at the back with a bare cover. Max. surface temperature 105 °C at an ambient temperature of 20 °C. Thanks to the thermally separated design, wall heating elements achieve a high radiation efficiency in the room. For the mains connection, the heating elements are equipped with a black silicone connection cable, 1.2 m long without a power plug. For operation as a stationary single-room heater, an additional room thermostat with weekly programming and detection of open windows and/or adaptive control of the start of heating and/or remote control option (outside the building) is required. The Vitramo room thermostat VTD-UP and those in the VTX series control Vitramo ceiling and wall heating elements in accordance with eco-design.
