Cord suspension for attaching the VH series ceiling heating elements. The weight is approx. 0.13 kg. A set consists of 4 x base part for ceiling mounting of the infrared heater, 4 x fastening part for the cord, 4 x cord and 4 x cord fastening with side cord exit for easy height adjustment. The ceiling brackets on the device cover of the Vitramo infrared heating elements of the VH series are equipped with four M5 threads as standard so that the cords can be attached to the ceiling bracket. Mark the cord positions on the ceiling using the drilling template included in the packaging with the heating elements (use a punched cross) and mount the fastening parts for the cords on the ceiling. The infrared heater suspended from the ceiling on cords is suitable for use, for example, in exposed beam ceilings, conservatories or for heating individual workstations. The infrared heat radiation generated is radiated by the heating element in an area that is practically comparable to a hemisphere. Vitramo recommends installing infrared heating on the ceiling, as this achieves a radiation share of up to 80%. Warm walls are better than hot air because the temperature difference between the wall and the room air acts like a natural vapor barrier. As long as the wall is warmer, no water vapor from the room air is carried into the wall and the wall remains dry. Although the temperature difference between the inner and outer building shell increases, the heat loss through the wall (transmission) decreases overall. Under these conditions, the heating requirement drops significantly, especially in vapor-permeable buildings, provided the building shell is intact and has no structural defects.
