UFK cable box system Wichmann ® Z-19.15-202. Fire-resistant S90 sealing of cable ducts in the system floor area, in the screed floor or under doors. The three-sided cable box consists of a galvanized sheet steel housing, lined with fire protection agent that foams up in the event of a fire. The fire sealing is functionally separate from the cold smoke seal and works independently of the seal. The functionality of the cable box is not interrupted by subsequent installation work. The cable sealing is delivered as an industrially prefabricated and functional component ready for assembly and is mortared or plastered on site. Incorrect and over-installation are almost impossible due to the design. The UFK cable box can be attached directly to the subfloor above cables that have already been laid because its underside is open. Only one UFK add-on element of the same height may be installed per UFK. The included EasyFoam foam plugs are used for cold smoke sealing. They have a much lower density and are therefore easier and quicker to process than, for example, fire protection plugs. The cables and the housing are sealed with a permanently elastic sealant (e.g. silicone or acrylic) or with the EasyFoam fire protection assembly foam B1. Installation in the system floor area and in light partition walls or in solid walls from 100 mm thick. The cable box can be 100% occupied with cables of all types (without limitation of the cable diameter) and with electrical installation conduits in accordance with DIN EN 61386 with and without cable assignment up to a diameter of 63 mm. In addition, the sealed cable box can be installed without assignment as a reserve bulkhead. When assigning the assignment, no distances are necessary between cables, cables and empty conduits and empty conduits among themselves. There are no additional restrictions on the cable types and cable diameters within the empty conduits. The UFK cable box is particularly popular as a barrier under fire doors near inspection openings in the system floor, as it can be retrofitted at any time without much effort and without causing any damage. Installation is carried out in accordance with the enclosed installation instructions or ABG Z-19.53-2517. No processor validation is required for installation.
