As electric enthusiasts and comfort thinkers, it is important to us that you find your order from KNX TRADE LDA to be uncomplicated and safe. For this reason, we offer you an extended right of return.
30 days return policy
Thanks to our 30-day return policy, you have plenty of time to reconsider your purchase decision. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your products to us within 30 days of receipt. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and its warranty claims remain unaffected by our voluntary right of return.
We will gladly take your goods back as long as they are complete and in perfect condition. Please note that our voluntary right of return does not apply to products that have been individually manufactured or tailored to your needs. You can find further information in our terms and conditions .
Return service
To make your return easier, we have set up a small service for you: you can easily create your return label through us. We will deduct the cost of 5.90 euros directly from your credit note.
